Hi King readers!
Some of you know that I unashamedly contribute to the 'writer in a coffee shop' stereotype. I love going to my local shop, sitting down with a cup of tea or caramel latte and typing away to my little heart's content! I love the atmosphere of a coffee shop, the warmth, the smiles from the staff as I walk through the door yet again and the customers that come and go. It's great fodder for character and plot ideas, and help my get me in the creative mood.
My answer to which is always a meek mumbling of yes, a book. Mainly because, although I am fairly literate on the page, when it comes to speaking to other people in person about my books I can barely string three words together in time to form a coherent sentence. Especially when I've just been abruptly dragged out of my story and plopped back into the real world.
Still ,regardless I will always love writing in coffee shops. No matter how many intrigued individuals ask me questions about my work. I've decided to take it as a compliment, after all they're obviously interested in my writing.
